This website is a search, comparison & booking engine for low cost airlines which enables you to locate low cost flights that suit your needs. We do not sell flight tickets. Links from our website allow you to purchase flight tickets directly from the airline, and any purchase of tickets is subject to the terms and conditions of the airline selling the tickets, available for viewing on the airlines’ websites. When you purchase a ticket using these links, you are purchasing a ticket directly from the airline. You also agree, for each ticket purchased, to pay us a service fee, which will be received by SkyLow ltd. This fee is non-refundable. Prices for tickets that are quoted on this website are provided by the airlines, and we bear no responsibility for their accuracy. All prices quoted are subject to local taxes, airport surcharges, fuel surcharges, security surcharges and other charges that may be imposed from time to time by the airlines and by various governmental authorities. Any cancellations and refunds are subject to policies of the individual airlines, over which we have no control, and for which we assume no responsibility. Any queries regarding tickets or flights should be directed to the airline that issued the ticket. The total price displayed in the confirmation page includes the airlines' taxes and fees and a handling fee of $9 per flight per passenger for SkyLow.

3. Intellectual property

All materials presented on this website, including names, logos, prices, etc., as well as the colour scheme and the layout of the website, are subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. You may only use these materials, the colour scheme and the layout for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use and/or reproduction of the materials, of the colour scheme, or of the layout of the website, without our prior written consent, will constitute breach of these intellectual property rights, and will be prosecuted without further notice.

4. Limited liability

We bear no liability for the accuracy of information presented by the airlines and are not responsible for any aspect of your travel, nor are we liable to you for any damage you may experience as a result of your travel or as a result of the acts and omissions of the airline selling you a ticket. We are also not responsible for the privacy practices of the airlines or the content of their web sites. The airline websites may store information such as your name and address and credit card details. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this website or of any other website to which this website provides a link, or from the use of information presented on this or any such other website.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Disputes arising from the use of this website and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be brought before the English courts. We reserve the right to institute proceedings in the country of your residence.
